The villa room offered breathtaking views of La Boca Water Reservoir, elevating our stay experience. The SPA Los Arruyos was an exquisite retreat, providing top-notch service and relaxation. The staff were attentive and ensured our requests were met promptly.

The Superior Room 1 Queen offers a cozy atmosphere with decent space for a couple. Unforgettable views of the surrounding landscape make mornings special as the sunlight creeps through the windows.

Food prices felt inflated, like the 20 USD nachos at the poolside bar, which weren't particularly impressive. The breakfast buffet at 27 USD lacked creativity, offering standard items that didn't entice, and my Carbonara dinner was altered with mushrooms I didn’t order. On top of that, the pillows were too soft for my taste, and it would be nicer if the lunch menu opened earlier than its current start time.

Incredible views and fun!

We stayed in one of the villas and wow, the view was unreal! Private pool was a real treat for the fam, and the weekend buffet? So good! One downside though, getting a golf cart to our unit took forever, like 45 mins at times. Plus, no fridge or microwave in the villa made food storage tricky.

The muffins at breakfast were on point, and the views from the balcony were to die for! Plus, the staff was super helpful and quick to address any issues. Just a perfect peaceful getaway!

The restaurant left a lot to be desired—disappointing breakfasts and a vibe that's more hustle than paradise. The pool needed some TLC, too!

Waking up to the breathtaking views of the lake was a dream. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, making it a truly memorable experience.

Unfortunately, the noise from the nearby highway and boats disrupted our peaceful retreat. It would have been perfect without that constant background sound.

The stay was quite refreshing, especially the incredible views from the room. The restaurant had amazing food and a lot of options to choose from, which made dining here a highlight. However, the pillows were too soft for my taste, and I would have preferred if the lunch menu opened an hour earlier. Overall, it served as a peaceful getaway from the busy city life nearby.

Couple's perfect escape

The hotel was a nice getaway, only 30 minutes from the city. The food was pretty good and the staff did their best to help when we needed somethin.
